What happened?
In late 2025, TechVerge's founder stepped back from day-to-day operations. To ensure every TechVerge client continued to receive the IT support they depend on, ProTech Limited assumed full responsibility from 1 January 2026. There was no gap in service.
ProTech Limited is run by Tom Reeves, a Wellington-based IT professional with a hands-on approach to managed services. If you were a TechVerge client, you are already a ProTech client.
What stayed the same
- ✓ Microsoft 365 services — fully operational and managed by ProTech since January 2026
- ✓ Support tickets — being handled, same response times
- ✓ Email, Teams, and Office apps — no interruption
- ✓ Cloud backups — Commvault data protection in place and monitoring your data
- ✓ Billing — invoices issued via Xero, same process
